Rental Rooms, Capacity & Rates

For special events we are the premiere place to
be. Our facility is clean, bright and maintained, our grounds
are beautifully landscaped and the staff are friendly and
knowledgeable! Our rooms are available to rent on an hourly basis as well -- please call 403-236-7270 to obtain current rates.
NOTE:
Capacity is designated as space w/non-fixed seats and tables.
Room areas cannot be combined to increase the capacity. |
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

| setup/teardown | $75 - $150 | Includes set up and take down of tables and chairs |
| Bartender | $20 per hour + GST | Required if alcohol is served. Recommended 1 per 80 guests. Min 3 hours and includes 1 hour setup. Time and 1/2 after 8 hours. BAR staff are not responsible for cleanup of the event, only bar service (including bar station). |
| Bus person | $14 per hour + GST | Minimum 3 hours. Bus staff are not responsible for clean up of the event, only bus service including removal and cleaning of RCA dishes. |
| Corkage | $5 per guest | Required if Alcohol is being served. Includes all bar supplies except liquor. Renter supplies liquor and obtains permit (liquor license). |
