All participants need to adhere to all current COVID19 restrictions as announced by the Government of Alberta and in accordance with City of Calgary Vaccine Passport Bylaw 65M2021

1. Individuals with common symptoms of COVID19 are not permitted into the facility.

2. Masking and 2 metres physical distancing are mandatory

3. You will be required to present COVID19 vaccination record with a QR code

If you cannot demonstrate COVID19 vaccination record with a QR code, you will not be allowed to enter the facility.

Dance Fitness

Join us this winter with a dance workout every week! Dance Fitness is an easy to follow cardio dance class with a mix of popular and international rhythms guaranteed to make you sweat! A portion of the class is dedicated to toning choreography with the use of light hand weights.

Tai-Chi
In this beginner program you will begin to learn the Cheng man-Ching style of Tai Chi. It is a shorter version of Yang family style. Also Chi Gong and meditation are part of each class.

The main focus of this program is health and relaxation.

Yoga for Beginners

Always wanted to try yoga but you didn't know where to start? Used to practice and would like to start up again without going to a busy, public, mixed levels class? This is the class for you! Start at the very beginning and build skills, strength and mobility over the course of this session.

Gentle Yoga

This class moves slowly, with lots of instruction and is geared towards those who wish to gently and steadily improve strength and mobility through the practice of yoga. Great for anyone with a mobility issue, 50+, or just getting back into a movement practice.

Please bring your own mat and dress in comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.

Mixed Level Yoga

This class is for beginner and experienced participants. Plenty of options will be given for increasing or decreasing the level of challenge. Each class will include a flowing series to warm the body, held postures to build strength, and balance postures to increase stability. Classes will end with gentle stretches and relaxation. If you are new to physical activity, please check with your physician prior to starting a new exercise routine.
