Calgary Young People's Theatre (CYPT) provides professional calibre mentorship, training and performance

This fall (starting September 2017), Riverbend will be offering beginner/intermediate yoga classes on Thursday nights 
and Saturday afternoons for residents and interested individuals. 

A gentle class that offers Yin techniques combined with a Hatha style yoga, this session teaches you how to engage 
postures safely and helps you grow and advance with the practice over the length of the course.

Both pre-registered programs are 12-weeks-long, beginning September 21st and 23rd starting at 5:30 pm Thursday 
nights and 1 pm Saturday afternoons for one hour each session ($140/course).
All ages and levels are welcome !

Join us this fall with a dance workout every week! ZUMBA is a cardio mix of salsa, hip-hop, and other international/Latin 
rhythms to international music. The use of light hand weights paired with ‘Zumba Toning’ choreography is dedicated
