Remington Corporation Updates

Quarry Rise is the 30-acre parcel to the south of the Remington YMCA. Originally these lands were intended for office development but with the soft office market, Remington is re-imagining what this site could become. With the coming of the Green Line and proximity to The Market at Quarry Park and the YMCA, this land has a lot of potential. Regardless of its ultimate uses, the re-magained Quarry Rise plans will include a previously approved extension to Quarry Park Blvd from Quarry Road to 24th Street SE.

Please join the Virtual Open House on June 21 to find out more.

deVille at Quarry Park is a new rental development in the heart of Quarry Park. deVille is attracting residents seeking a comfortable, amenity-rich and pet-friendly lifestyle. These thirteen storey residential towers offer intelligent design and the convenience of The Market at Quarry Park. The first two towers are fully leased. The third tower will be ready for move-in on December 1, 2022 and is 25% leased. A fourth tower has received development permit approval.

Quarry Crossing II will be a three-building office development with a common parkade. It is located on 24th Street SE. The parkade and the elevator shafts have been completed but due to the change in the Calgary office market, leasing has been slow. Up until this point, Remington has been focused on completing the leasing for Quarry Crossing I which includes two office-buildings located on Quarry Park Blvd and 24th Street SE, just to the south of Quarry Crossing II. Once the leasing of these two buildings is complete, Remington will be completing Quarry Crossing II.

Remaining River Lots – Crystal Creek has been actively marketing the remaining 13 single family lots at the south end of Quarry Way SE along the Bow River. Two of these lots have sold. In addition to the single-family lots, there are four multi-family lots which Remington will design and develop over the coming years based on market conditions.
