Deposit Information: 

At this point we no longer require a rental deposit, however, at the discretion of the RCA Manager, for some rentals, ie: multiple day events, or very long events, a small deposit may be required. 

Cancellations:  If a cancellation occurs, 

• If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days of the date of the event the renter forfeits the full amount of the Rent, meaning the invoice must be paid in full, regardless of whether or not one is using the space. Exceptions will be made in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of the RCA Manager.  

All cancellations or requests to change the bookings must be made by email, to office@riverbendcommunity.ca.  

Rental Fee Information:

• Due 14 days prior to your function, when booked a minimum of 30 days in advance. 

• Due Immediately IF you book and your function occurs within 30 days.  

• Rentals can be paid by cheque or payment via e-transfer, or credit card with a 3% credit card charge. Please advise us if paying by credit card so the 3% fee can be added. Cheques should be made payable to Riverbend Community Association or RCA and are deposited immediately.

• A $45 fee will be charged for any NSF payments.

Liquor Purchase

**RCA will not be granting permissions for alcohol consumption for any outdoor rink rentals**

Ace Liquor Discounter (located at Riverbend Centre, Unit 370, 8338 18 St SE ) is able to assist you with your liquor purchase and has a special offer for Riverbend Community facility renters. Please ask staff member for a copy of the letter to present at Ace Liquor Discounter to take the opportunity of this special offer.

Liquor licenses are available on the AGLC site. Private special event licenses - for events open to members and invited guests only, such as weddings or awards banquets are the most common license required.
