The Riverbend Community Association (RCA) is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization with a vision to create a vibrant, active community, and to encourage participation and a spirit of belonging. The RCA provides a number of programs and services to the residents of Riverbend including:

• Maintenance of a community hall and outdoor skating rinks, 

• Offering a variety of community events, recreation activities and sports programs; and

• Advocacy and communication around community planning, development and environmental issues. 

RCA was founded on May 4, 1987, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
