This is a unique opportunity to promote your business to the residents of the Riverbend community and beyond. The central location of Riverbend community ensures high shopper attendance and a great variety of vendors participating.

WHERE: Riverbend Community Centre Outdoor Rink at 19 Rivervalley Dr SE

• • Youth and kidprenours -FREE

  • Non-RCA Members- $45

  • RCA Members- $30

  • Table rental -$15

• We want to ensure a diverse selection of local, hand crafted products at the market

• Not all applications received are guaranteed a spot.

• All successful applicants will be notified by email by May 15, 2026.

• Only accepted vendors will be able to submit payment for their spot. Payment link will only be available via email to successful vendors..

• Payment must be made online by June 2, 2026. Failure to do so will forfeit your table to someone on the waiting list. Prompt payment secures your spot once your application is accepted.

• RCA Members must have a valid membership at the time of application and payment to qualify for the member rate. 

• No refunds will be issued to vendors requesting cancellations after June 8, 2026.

• You will receive a space at the Riverbend Outdoor Rink approx 10x10ft in size. You can bring your own tables, chairs, tent and display racks or you can rent a table  from Riverbend Community Association. Please note that the community centre does not have chairs or outdoor event tents for rent.

• All items for sale must remain within the space and not exceed the 10 x 10ft set up area. This includes any display racks. There will be no power available but you are welcome to decorate your space with any battery operated lights.
