2025 Fall Fair

Thanks for your patience! There have been a few changes at Riverbend. Applications are now open!

WHEN: Saturday, November 8th 10:00 AM - 4:00PM

WHERE: Riverbend Community Centre at 19 Rivervalley Dr SE

WHAT: Unique opportunity to promote your business to the residents of Riverbend community and beyond.

The central location of Riverbend community ensures high shopper attendance and a great variety of vendors participating.

$50 (RCA Membership can be purchased here)
Vendors who are RCA Members can submit their details to be featured on the Riverbend Fall Fair website

Applications for 2025 will open to the public on September 8, 2025 and will close on September 30, 2025.
Only complete applications with photos will be considered
We want to ensure a diverse selection of local, hand crafted products at the fair.
Spaces are limited. Limit of 1 table per vendor.
You will receive one 6 foot table and 2 chairs. All items for sale must remain within the space and not exceed the 6 foot table area as it is set up.
Not all applications received are guaranteed a spot.
Vendors who are RCA Members can submit their details to be featured on the Riverbend Fall Fair website .
All successful applicants will be notified by email by October 5, 2025
Only accepted vendors will be able to purchase a table.
Payment must be made online by October 15, 2025. Failure to do so will forfeit your table to someone on the waiting list. Prompt payment secures your table once your application is accepted.
RCA Members must have a valid membership at the time of application and payment to qualify for the member rate.
